It is okay to be exhausted today,
to want to go back to bed,
it’s okay to be sad,
to be frustrated ( even with yourself),
it’s also okay not to want to be like this,
so, maybe you should ask yourself what you think you need to do….
maybe a walk, maybe a nap, then a walk,
maybe just accept that this is a down day,
hope will rise, you’ve just written that,
it will rise,
but today you are exhausted and that’s okay…
so pick one thing,
just one thing to accomplish,
one thing,
one small step,
one thing
