my mind is too full,
there is so much to do,
so much I could say,
could stand for,
could stand against,
so many causes,
so many issues,
so much…

I am overwhelmed,
and become impotent
in my confusion
+
so I will wait,
will wait for your stirring of my soul,
wait for the thing, maybe the one thing
that you are calling me to,
the thing that sparks and fires my heart
because I was created for this…

I will wait,
will watch,
will wait….
then you and I together
will set the world on fire…
