today time
moves slowly,
and all is grey,
all is quiet,
and grey,
my soul is quiet
still, and quiet,
held in silence,
thoughts come,
one by one
feelings of guilt,
accusations,
painful memories,
and one by one
I let them go…
I let them go
into loves flow,
into acceptance,
forgiveness,
healing
and silence…
it will not
always
be grey…
