My peace, a meditation and a prayer for remembrance Sunday…

This should be read slowly and carefully, find a space, allow your heart and mind to settle, think of the beauty that surrounds us in a world of pain and hear Jesus words;

My peace

I leave you

my peace I

give you…

MY PEACE

A prayer:

Come O Christ to this world in so much need of peace,

Come to the hurting, the broken, the vulnerable,

Come to the places and people of power,

Come to all our hearts,

still our striving,

and help us

to truly enter your peace,

to know the depths of your love,

to receive what you give

in humility

acknowledging that you give what the world cannot give.

AMEN

About Sally C

How do I describe myself, I am not what I do, (I am a Methodist Minister), I am not who I am related to (I have 5 wonderful children, 2 lovely granddaughters and 2 lovely grandsons). I am a seeker truth, a partaker of life in all it's fullness and a follower, sometimes stumbling, sometimes celebrating of the Christian pathway. I seek wholeness, joy and a connectedness to all things through a deep reconciliation with the God whose love blows my socks off! I love walking, swimming and photography, I dabble with paint and poetry...
